Ryland Homes is gearing up to build in this community. This past June, Ryland acquired 40 home sites in the new phase being developed at the south-western section of this neighborhood. It shelled out a total of $2.04 million for this acquisition or the equivalent to $51,000 for each lot.

This western GreyHawk section contains close to 500 lots, and plans call for its development for up to five phases.
