Lennar Steps Up Selling at Lakewood National

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, March 16th, 2017 – Marketing of residences has stepped up notches higher at Lakewood National shortly after its developer, Lennar Corp., opened the property’s first of two golf courses off State Road 70 in Lakewood Ranch this January.

As of early March, eight terrace condominiums and three single family homes in this new golf community have been added in the MLS of Lakewood Ranch homes for sale. Besides these residential types, Lennar has plans for verandas and coach homes at Lakewood National.

All residences at Lakewood National are set around the property’s golf links which when fully completed will be an expansive twin course, 36-hole layout. The course designer, (Arnold) Palmer Course Design Company, has already drawn the plan for the second course. Lennar has contracted Icon Management to run the Lakewood National Golf Club.

The course has been designed as a championship layout that could accommodate golfers of various skill levels. There are six sets of tees to choose from in this layout, with the shortest play at 5,194 yards and the longest round at 7,184 yards.

Play here is initially open to the public, with Lennar using the golf course as a marketing tool for Lakewood National homes for sale. Later though, the links will be mainly private, and club membership will be bundled with home purchases in the community. Be that as it may, some public play may still be allowed for continued marketing of the property.

The amenities at Lakewood National promises a country club resort lifestyle. In addition to a clubhouse, this community will feature a resort-style pool with outdoor grille and poolside service. Other common facilities include a modern fitness center and spin studio, plus a driving range.
