Shoreview Debuts at LWR Waterside


 

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, December 14th, 2016 – National builder Pulte Homes has launched its marketing this December for Shoreview, the first neighborhood of the 3,500-acre Lakewood Ranch at Waterside. This subdivision is located on Deer Drive just south of University Parkway and came just eight months after Schroeder-Manatee Ranch (SMR) broke ground in Waterside, its first major project in Sarasota.

Shoreview is being developed around 144 acres of existing lakes within Waterside. It will have about 246 single family homes with consumer-inspired designs. These residences come in choices of one- or two-story floor plans measuring between 2,488 and 4,700+ square feet. More Housing Choices Roll Out East of Downtown Bradenton

This neighborhood will showcase Pulte Homes’ Life-Tested® homes, the result of an innovative program on product development and design. It involves a 12-step process to gather inputs from actual homeowners and home buyers in order to come up with the home prototypes to further improve upon till a final design is completed.
