Shoreview Models Open at Lakewood Ranch Waterside


 

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, July 26, 2017 – Home buyers who have focused their searches on existing Lakewood Ranch communities off University Parkway now have choices other than those at Miramar, Boca Grove and Edgewater Village. On Deer Drive running perpendicular towards south of University Parkway, selling started this July in the newly opened Shoreview in Lakewood Ranch Waterside.

Already, tours could be arranged for two home models that national homebuilder Pulte has constructed in this neighborhood. One of these designs is the builder’s Pinnacle model which has a starting price in the high $400s and features options on three or four bedrooms within a floor area of 2,488‒3,656 square feet.

Showing can likewise be set now for Pulte’s Camelot model in Shoreview, which has a base price in the $500s. It is designed with a floor area of 3,203 square feet, featuring choices on configurations of three to five bedrooms.

In addition to these two models, Pulte is also constructing its first spec home in Shoreview. For this, it will present the rendition of a three-bedroom, 2,900-square-foot design to be offered at the low $800s.

The home sites of Shoreview are set adjacent to the West Teal Lake and Middle Teal Lake of the Waterside development. Several Waterside home models from others builders are also expected to open soon. Now under construction in this new Lakewood Ranch development are residences by Homes by Towne, Arthur Rutenberg and Lee Wetherington.

The current buzz of the new offerings of Lakewood Ranch homes for sale at Waterside could be expected to have a spill-over effect on nearby resale properties. At the Edgewater Village north of University Parkway, a new listing was added this July for a three-bedroom home with a floor area of 1,720 square feet and an asking price in the low $300s.

Fresh listings of condos for sale are also coming out at Boca Grande, which is likewise located off University Parkway. These newly available units have living areas of about 1,500 square feet with two bedrooms and asking prices around the $200s.
