Copperstone is a large community in Parrish wherein Ryland Homes gained Manatee County approval to build 414 single-family houses and 118 townhouses. Copperstone homes for sale were notably amongst the Ryland’s last builds before its merger with Standard Pacific in late 2016 to form CalAtlantic which was eventually absorbed by the Lennar Group in 2017.

Located between Erie Road and Moccasin Wallow Road about five miles east of Interstate 75, Copperstone is a highly desirable community as evident in over 30 sales closed here in 2017.
