Braden River Lakes is a community located in east Bradenton. Braden River Lakes consists of 538 single family homes, with about 50 of these on choice riverfront locations. The builder, Centex also integrated a riverfront park and recreation area into the community. The facilities here include a clubhouse, heated swimming pool, playground, tennis court, sand court for volleyball, barbecue area, and gazebos.

Riverside Preserve
