Harrison Ranch is a residential community development on 995 acres in Parrish sprawling between south of U.S. 301 and north of Erie Road, both of which have entries and exits to its residences. This community is programmed for 1,100 homes, with its first residences built in 2007.

Harrison Ranch residents likewise enjoy access to the community’s five miles of walking trails and multi-purpose sports fields. Notably, Harrison Ranch’s new Normande East neighborhood is gated and has its own swimming pool and cabana.
