It is located on the southeast corner of Pope Road and White Eagle Boulevard a short distance south of State Road 64 in East Bradenton. This development is a project of Scottsdale, Arizona-based Meritage Homes which has raised its stake in the derby of Bradenton homes for sale via several other ventures in Manatee County.

Meritage platted Serenity Creek homes for sale in 111 lots mostly backing up to the lush woods of Mill Creek, a small stream flowing into the Manatee River north of the community. Its proximity to major road corridors, such as State Road 64 and Interstate 75, likewise makes convenient trips to the life and leisure centers not only in Bradenton but also to those in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota as well.
