The builder’s new offering, sales-listed early this March, features a floor area of 4,827 square feet designed with four bedrooms and carries a tag price of close to $3.1 million, one of the priciest among new listings of Siesta Key homes for sale.
This home is slated for completion this year and has an outstanding pedigree. Its design, called the “Shearwater,” comes from Nautilus Homes’ award-winning Jewel Box® home collection vaunted for superiority in layout, features, and finish.
The banner Spice Bay home sale in January was also notably a Jewel Box® rendition and one of the winners in the 2010 Sarasota‒Manatee Parade of Homes.
