New Condos Set at Phillippi Landings


SARASOTA, FLORIDA, September 16, 2019 – Sales listings of units are few in the condo community of Phillippi Landings, but more are soon coming as new builds are set at this property in South Sarasota. South of this new project, Taylor Morrison is offering new townhouses at Esplanade on Palmer Ranch off west of Honore Avenue. These condos feature two bedrooms and two baths within floor areas in 1,600-square-foot range. Pricing of these units hover around the $200s.

Taylor Morrison likewise struts multifamily residential builds in its townhouses in the Phase III of its Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch.
