SARASOTA, FLORIDA, November 9th, 2016 – Schroeder-Manatee Ranch (SMR) got all bases covered in its 2016 Lakewood Ranch Tour of Homes with this annual showcase of the master development’s communities underway featuring over 50 home models at wide-ranging price points.

The event, which SMR officially kicked off October 20, is slated to run till November 21 and has helped drive optimism on the local real estate market further. Notably, this year’s Lakewood Ranch tour came auspiciously on the heels of an uptick in total home sales and prices in the Sarasota‒Manatee metropolitan statistical area.

Other affordable options for townhomes got the spotlight in the tour in the Vercelli Garden Condos of Taylor Morrison at its Esplanade Golf & Country Club in Lakewood Ranch. Vercelli units are priced starting at the low $200s for two-bedroom condos within a floor area of 1,616 square feet.

Moving to high-end choices, Homes by Towne offered in the Lakewood Ranch tour a preview to its luxury condos at Waterfront at Main Street. Rising adjacent to Lake Uihlein, this condominium is planned for three separate buildings with a total of 76 residences having floor areas ranging from 1,337 to 2,827 square feet. Their pricing starts at $370,000 which levels up to $939,000 for penthouse units


Deep Rank of Single Family Homes

Buyers focused on single family homes in the Lakewood Ranch tour have Lakewood National as one exciting destination. Besides its Terraces condos here, Lennar has stepped up marketing for this golf community’s estate homes which range in price from the $500s to the $600s and feature floor plans of between 2,394 and 3,800 square feet.

Besides these models, the exclusive homes in Country Club East and Lake Club Village were likewise part of the home tour’s showcase.
