Boca Royale Sales Ramping Up for Neal Communities


SARASOTA, FLORIDA, June 28th, 2017 – Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood looms as one of the best-selling properties of Neal Communities for 2017.

Early this year, Neal opened five new models at Boca Royale which featured Tuscan and Mediterranean architectural styles. Three of these are single family homes and two are Spanish-style villas.

The new villas come in floor plans of up to 1,842 square feet designed with two to three bedrooms plus a den and a two-car garage. The new single family home models all offer three bedrooms within floor plans ranging from 1,812 to 2,453 square feet. The largest amongst the three models provides a three-car garage, while the other two offer two-car garage layouts.

Neal’s new construction at Boca Royale are priced starting in the $200s. Neal Signature Homes, the luxury unit of Neal Communities, is also offering new home plans at Boca Royale priced from the low $500s and designed with three to four bedrooms within floor areas of about 3,000 square feet.
