SARASOTA, FLORIDA, April 19th, 2017 – Golf Course Road, host to new and thriving neighborhoods in Parrish like Twin Rivers and Gamble Creek Estates, is poised to add another exciting community on its stretch running less than four miles eastward from Fort Hamer Road to Rye Road.

Neal Communities, in end March, announced that it will begin development this year of the acreage of the Palmetto Pines Golf Course at 14355 Golf Course Road into a gated community of 610 homes. Already, Neal has sought the dissolution and termination of the Palmetto Pines Community Development District (CDD). This developer will fund the development’s infrastructure in lieu of having it financed through a CDD, as this private funding allows the community to be gated. Neighborhoods with CDD-funded infrastructures must be open to the public.

Brisk Sales at River’s Reach

A short distance south of the Palmetto Pines, Neal has established a strong presence in River’s Reach, a gated community which has been experiencing brisk sales in recent months. Besides new construction, resale homes are also available in this property that provides tranquil nature preserves and picturesque views of the Manatee River.

Neal offers new builds here with floor plans of between 1,616 and 3,180 square feet designed with three to four bedrooms.
