It cited this age-restricted neighborhood amongst the 12 new communities that diversified LWR home choices and helped elevate Lakewood Ranch as one of the top five best-selling master developments in the country for the first half of 2016.

For the month of May alone, the MLS of Sarasota homes for sale recorded two properties sold at Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. These new home construction had listed prices in the low $300s, featuring floor areas of between 1,400 and 2,100 square feet.

Reflecting builder confidence on buying prospects, several move-in ready Del Webb Lakewood Ranch homes for sale priced in the $400s have recently been put on the market. These residences are all designed with three bedrooms within floor areas of about 2,500 square feet.
