Notably, the award-winning architectural firm DSDG rendered the design of most of these condominiums which have luxury, sophistication and low-density as their shared theme.

The latest of DSDG’s boutique condo renderings, unveiled sometime this mid-December, is for the Azure on Palm planned atop a parking garage on 711 South Palm Avenue. This new project is programmed as a five-story luxury condominium development. Only 16 units are planned for the property with their floor plans at approximately 2,900 square feet and price points from $1.3 million to $1.8 million.
