Homebuilders Strut Their Wares at Trevesta

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, October 12, 2017 – Sales efforts have gained momentum at Trevesta, with its four designated builders hyping up their bets in this new residential development in north Manatee County’s Parrish–Palmetto market area.

Pulte Homes, one of the community’s four builders and a prolific contributor to listings of Sarasota homes for sale, is set for a grand opening of its model this fall at Trevesta. This showcase build, called Summerwood Grand, features a floor area of 2,911 square feet with options on three- to five-bedroom layouts.

Picks from the $200s

Pulte is making available at Trevesta nine of its “life-tested” or consumer-inspired home models with floor plans ranging from 1,565 to 3,222 square feet. This Atlanta-based national builder, which plans construction of 90 Trevesta homes, has pegged their starting prices from the $200s range.

D.R. Horton, another national builder with a stake in Trevesta, has likewise set prices of its builds in this community starting from the $200s. Move-in ready builds of D.R. Horton at this price point are already sales-listed in the MLS of Manatee and Sarasota homes for sale.

Its most recent listing, put on the market late September, is priced in the low $300s, featuring four bedrooms and three baths within a floor area of 2,558 square feet. All told, D.R. Horton is offering at Trevesta 13 of its single family home designs with floor plans of between 1,844 and 3,854 square feet featuring three to five bedrooms.

Inland Homes’ Bets

Inland Homes

Also a Trevesta builder, Inland Homes is girding for the grand opening of its models in this community. Its designs here come in coastal, craftsman and Spanish architecture with layouts of three to five bedrooms within floor areas ranging from 1,708 to 2,870 square feet.

These Inland homes for sale at Trevesta are competitively priced starting from the $200s. Higher price points in the $300s could be expected from David Weekley Homes, the fourth builder in Trevesta where home sites are in choices of 50 and 60 ×120-square-foot lots.

The master developer of Trevesta is Kolter Land Partners, a unit of the West Palm Beach-based Kolter Group. This development broke ground last year on a 450-acre parcel off east of Interstate 75 and just south of 69th Avenue East.

Resort-like Living

Trevesta Resort-Style Amenities

The community’s center point is a large namesake lake the mid-western banks of which hosts the residents’ recreation center, The Lake Trevesta Club. It offers residents a collection of resort-style amenities which include a 5,600-square-foot clubhouse under the stewardship a community activity director.

Among the club’s facilities is a fitness center accessible 24 hours daily. The clubhouse likewise features multi-purpose rooms and hosts plenty of community activities. A beach-entry, resort-type pool, poolside cabanas and interactive splash park, plus a Trevesta play zone and lakeside trail also await Trevesta’s future residents.

Selling activity in Trevesta could be expected to be spurred further moving toward the end of the year by the opening of Fort Hamer Bridge. This span links Parrish and Lakewood Ranch, providing a new route which also helps drive market interest in Sarasota homes for sale south of Trevesta. Besides the construction of this new span across the Manatee River, the major road improvements undertaken as part of the project should also bring added market value to Trevesta homes for sale.
