Kolter Launches Artistry Sarasota

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, May 10th, 2017 – The West Palm Beach-based Kolter Group, after entering The Vue, The Mark and The Grande at the Ritz-Carlton in the derby of Sarasota condos for sale, has launched its first community of single family homes in the county.

Called Artistry Sarasota, this new residential development is located at the eastern end of Palmer Boulevard where it links to Iona Road east of Bee Ridge Extension. Late this April, Kolter opened tours in six of its planned 10 models in this project which has the well-established communities of Laurel Lakes and Laurel Meadows as its next-door neighbors.

Healthy Living in Scenic Environs

Kolter Launches Artistry Sarasota

Artistry Sarasota occupies a site of about 400 acres developed with winding roads and 100 acres of lakes. The community is laid out with 90 percent of the homes sites located lakefront or with water views.

Healthy living in a resort-style community which blends urban and rural elements is the unique selling proposition for Artistry Sarasota. Prospective buyers touring this project will pass through a gated entry which is elevated to showcase the property’s scenic water views.

A lakeside clubhouse is already under construction for this community, and it will provide a swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis courts to its future residents. Artistry Sarasota is planned with 21 miles of paved paths and a trail system built out natural materials to connect its neighborhoods with preserve areas.

Personalized Home Layouts

The homes in this community are priced from the $390s to the $600s, with choices on floor plans designed with two up to five bedrooms. These homes are designed for a wide range of choices, featuring open-room concepts allowing options to maximize space.

Kolter provides a Homes’ Design Gallery through which home buyers can tweak the floor plans to suit their lifestyle preferences. Besides personalizing spaces, they can add outdoor living areas or incorporate structural and finish options to make their home truly reflect their distinct individual style.

Designs Adopt Sustainability

Artistry Sarasota’s home designs embrace healthy living several ways and demonstrate Kolter Homes’ sustainable building practices. For smarter, healthier homes, the residences in this community are designed with more windows and with ceiling heights of up to 11 feet and four inches to allow abundant natural light within.

Energy-efficient plumbing fixtures and appliances conserve water and electricity in the homes of Artistry Sarasota. To improve air quality and help cut utility bills, the residences feature thermal doors and windows, low VOC paints and carpets, fresh air intake systems, and sealed duct systems.

Nearby Resale Options

These winsome features of Artistry Sarasota’s homes should help build up market interest on other properties in the eastern terminus of Palmer Boulevard. At Laurel Lakes, which roughly has the same features as the new Kolter community, a four-bedroom home was sales-listed this May with an asking price near the mid-$400s.

It has a floor area of about 2,400 square feet with features similar to the new models just opened in its next-door neighbor. Laurel Lakes, like Artistry Sarasota, is a gated community with clubhouse, a heated pool, tennis courts, and gym.
