SARASOTA, FLORIDA, March 23rd, 2016 – Florida’s regional homebuilder Neal Communities is looking sharper than ever and even more driven after having received the coveted 2015 Builder of the Year award from Professional Builder Magazine recently.

Neal and its unit Neal Signature Homes notched 62 home sales in January 2016 on the heels of their record 984-unit sales in 2015 and over 1,200 housing permits pulled during the year in Sarasota and Manatee. Prospective buyers of Manatee and Sarasota homes for sale can still expect much from this prolific builder which opened 13 new neighborhoods last year. For 2016, it plans to add eight more communities as Neal continues to drive forward its five-year expansion program.

Sometime early 2016, its unit Neal Signature Homes building semi-custom luxury residences broke ground on Provence located off of Honore Avenue between Proctor and Ashton Roads. Their price points start at the low $400s and top in the high $600s. One of these models was unveiled to coincide with the opening of Highlands II whose first phase has already been sold out.
