Coastal contemporary design

Park Residences Debuts in Lido Key

Park Residences is developed as a two-building complex designed by DSDG Architects as a rendition of what the firm calls “coastal contemporary construction” likewise employed in the Sarasota Yacht Club built recently. Featuring four-stories, the condominium’s structures flaunt large walls with glass allowing natural light in. Combined with a generous amount of wood details in the interiors and exteriors of the buildings, this design infuses warmth to the residences.

High building standards were adopted in the construction, including deep pile foundation system, solid concrete and top quality structural components. Amenities listed for this development include a spacious private courtyard, a heated resort-type swimming pool with a spa, four poolside cabanas, a custom-designed fire pit, and open trellis with provision for seating and a barbecue area. The condominium’s ground level provides for convenient storage for bikes and kayaks.

Million-dollar price range

The 18 Park Residences condo units, which include six penthouses with private rooftop terraces, have been designed with four floor plans of about 2,500 square feet each, featuring three bedrooms. Their price points start at around $550 per square foot or roughly at about $1.4 million per unit.
