Ryland Adding More Options of Bradenton Real Estate


 

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, August, 23, 2013 – The thinning inventory of available homes in GreyHawk Landing can be expected to ease up a bit with California-based Ryland Homes set to build in this community located at the northeastern outskirts of Bradenton, Florida, Sarasota Bay Real Estate reports. This early June, Ryland acquired 40 home sites in the new phase being developed at the western section of this neighborhood. It shelled out a total of $2.04 million for this acquisition or the equivalent to $51,000 for each lot.

This western GreyHawk section contains close to 500 lots, and plans call for its development for up to five phases. Sam Rodgers Homes & Neighborhoods, in partnership with Homes by Towne, is the master developer for this expansion. Its future residents can expect a lush natural setting for their homes and ample amenities including extensive nature trails, a swimming pool and a clubhouse.

All told, Ryland is eying to construct over 200 homes in the new phases of GreyHawk Landing. Its offerings will range in floor area between 1,850 and 2,840 square feet at a starting price of about $250,000. A 2,840-square-foot home model has recently been completed for a sampling by prospective buyers.

In Sarasota, Ryland has builds at Palmer Lake located at Nandina Drive. It has two model options here one of which is a three-bedroom home with a floor area of 1,700 square feet and an asking price in the low $200s. A similar quick move-in residence with a floor plan of 2,297 square feet priced at the high $200s is offered as a larger alternative.

This community also features MLS listings around the low $300s with floor plans of up to almost 3,000 square feet designed with four to five bedrooms. The homeowners’ association fee in this neighborhood covers not only cable connection but also lawn maintenance and irrigation.

Choices in other communities

Ryland has likewise built four move-in ready homes at the new, 38-acre Arbor Reserve Community developed by Taylor Morrison in Southern Manatee. These residences have floor plans from 1,853 to 2,600 square feet with asking prices in the low up to the high $200s. Arbor Reserve is a close-knit community with just 95 residences.

North of Bradenton at Ellenton, five move-in ready Ryland-built homes are likewise available at the new phase 4 of the Oakleaf Hammock community. These residences are likewise priced in the $200s and have floor areas of between 2,256 square feet and 3,154 square feet.
