The Sansara is planned for 17 residential units with floor areas ranging from 2,060 to 4,555 square feet. All of its ground floor’s 3,600 square feet will house commercial tenants. Floors two to nine will have two condo units per level. The top floor is reserved for a penthouse which will flaunt 14-foot ceilings within its floor area of 4,555 square feet. Construction completion of this luxury condo is expected in 13 months. Sansara’s architectural design is Zen-inspired, aimed at creating balance, harmony, and tranquility in a peaceful residential refuge amid Sarasota’s vibrant city life.

The second floor is planned as the condo’s amenities deck. The facilities here will consist of a pool, shaded cabanas with day beds, a large outdoor seating area with a fire pit and bar, a yoga and massage room, a private spa and private gym.

These common areas will all reflect the condo’s Zen architectural concept. It will assimilate the principles that seek to balance the flow of energy by using natural elements and setting them in proper alignment. These Sansara elements to be used include water features, natural stone, rich woods, beautiful bamboo, and a discriminating selection of native plant species.

Condo price points

The current MLS of Sarasota condos for sale lists two price points for Sansara units with three bedrooms and three baths. A residence with 2,750-square-footfloor area has a tag price approaching $1.85 million, while a unit with a 2,270 square feet floor area is being marketed at close to $1.2 million.

These prices compare with the $3.4 million to $3.7 million price range at the Aqua, another luxury condominium rising at the Golden Gate Point Peninsula, a snort distance northwest of the Sarasota downtown. This condo is planned for nine floors and just eight residential units.
