More retail developments are in the pipeline north of Parrish, principally along Moccasin Wallow Road.

Interstate 75, accessible onwards west via U.S. 301, unlocks various life and leisure centers both north and south. The northern destinations include the lifestyle centers of Tampa and St. Pete which could be accessed passing through the picturesque Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

Southern points of interest are even nearer via the interstate. Stops for shopping include the Ellenton Premium Outlets, while across the Manatee River are the life and leisure attractions of the rejuvenated downtown Bradenton. Westwards from this city’s main street, the delights turn to several nature parks and the pristine Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Given this tantalizing lifestyle mix, reasons are indeed plenty to consider buying a home at The Retreat in Parrish.
