Sunset Royale, 711 Beach Road, Sarasota, Florida, 34242
Investing in Siesta Key real estate is one of the more practical things that one can do in this barrier island. Currently, prices of Siesta Key condos for sale have been reduced. At the same time, unit owners can earn extra cash by renting out their residences to tourists. Doing so can help defray the cost of the acquisition. There are a lot of residential developments in the island so interested buyers need to sort through a couple of communities to find the one that is just right for them.
Buyers can base their decision to purchase a certain unit on different factors like rental potential, location and price range. For those who are aiming for a residential development which has high marks on all three aspects, one simply has to check out Sunset Royale at 711 Beach Road. This condominium development was built back in 1969 but underwent a $3 million renovation so the property has become more modernized. The main building is elegantly designed and is aptly set on well-manicured grounds. There are a total of 34 units in this community.
Sunset Royale condos for sale are all reasonably priced. Typical units for sale measure 900 square feet, and have a two-bedroom and two-bathroom floor plan. For a unit of that size and floor plan, buyers can expect to shell out around $500,000. Residents are treated to amazing gulf views right from their very own windows. Residents can make use of the community’s BBQ and picnic area. At the same time, Sunset Royale has direct beach access so residents won’t have any problem getting to the island’s famous attractions.
There are three breaches in Siesta Key but Sunset Royale is much closer to Siesta Key Public Beach. Dr. Beach has just declared this stretch of sand as the best in the entire country. In order to come up with that decision, Dr. Stephen Leatherman considered Siesta Key Public Beach’s sand and water quality, as well as the safety of beachgoers. It’s undisputed that Siesta Key has the whitest and finest sand in the entire world. On top of that, Siesta Key Public Beach has a lifeguard on duty and numerous amenities including volleyball and tennis courts.
For those who are craving for a bit of privacy, the crowds at Siesta Key Public Beach can be discouraging. However, Crescent Beach is a semi-secluded stretch of sand which has become popular among families and individuals who value exclusivity. Another reason for Crescent Beach’s fame is Point of Rocks. Hailed as a noted diving site in the entire Gulf of Mexico, this picturesque underwater site features a coral formation which has been inhabited by various species of tropical fishes.
Lastly, residents can check out Turtle Beach farther south of the island. Unlike the two aforementioned beaches, Turtle Beach has coarser sand quality which makes it ideal for collecting shells. For unique souvenirs, one can find petrified shark teeth along the beach’s shores after a storm.
