The Arbor Grande project took off when Standard Pacific gained a foothold in Lakewood Ranch in December 2015 after the company bought 114 acres in the master development from Schroeder Manatee Ranch (SMR) for $6.3 million. The site is in a choice location on White Eagle Boulevard, next to a commercial park that the Lakewood Ranch master developer SMR owns.

CalAtlantic thus got a superior template to work with after it eventually took over in developing its maiden local venture, Arbor Grande. In addition to its proximity to the SMR commercial park, the development is also convenient to Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, a road corridor leading to the master development’s numerous amenities, is just west of Arbor Grande homes for sale.

Strong Outdoor Theme

As its name proclaims, an outdoor-oriented lifestyle is the theme for the gated Arbor Grande community where one-third of its acreage is reserved for ponds and parks. This theme notably complements very well with SMR’s plans in the northern part of Lakewood Ranch wherein four new parks interconnected by trails are set for completion in 2017. One of these parks is a short walk from Arbor Grande.

Within the community, resort-style amenities, such as a clubhouse with an infinity pool and bocce court, await residents. These facilities are set for completion June 2017. Additionally, Arbor Grande is a natural gas community with its supply coming from TECO Peoples Gas, the largest natural gas distribution company in Florida.

Parade of Homes Winners

Prospective buyers of Arbor Grande homes for sale had their first look of the CalAtlantic builds in this community during the 2017 Manatee‒Sarasota Parade of Homes where the builder showcased four models. Two of these single family home entries were adjudged best in architectural detail and best in master suite.

There are 10 models to choose from amongst single family homes for sale in Arbor Grande which is planned for a total of 305 residences. The community’s newly built sales listings range in floor areas of between 1,800 and 4,450 square feet designed with three to four bedrooms. These home choices include one- and two-story floor plans, with their pricing in the $300s‒$600s range.

Prospective buyers of Lakewood Ranch homes for sale can also consider luxury villas offered at Arbor Grande. These additional choices in this community are priced starting from the $300s. CalAtlantic is offering four floor plans for these villas, with their sizes ranging from 2,117 to 3,106 square feet designed with two to four bedrooms. Each villa features a private pool and spa, further helping make Arbor Grande stand out as CalAtlantic’s inaugural offering at Lakewood Ranch.
