Harbour Isle is a resort-style waterfront community located at 12300 Manatee Avenue on the western end of this major road in Bradenton, Florida. It spreads on a 220-acre site with its western shoreline surrounded almost entirely by the waters of Anna Maria Sound and by the Perico Bayou to the east.

Its plan calls for a total of 139 luxury residences ranging in size from 1,483 square feet to 1,650 square feet. Each residence will have two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and a screened lanai. Offering views of either the Anna Maria Sound or the Harbour Isle lagoon, these homes indeed look pretty enticing at their staring prices in the $400s.
