Riverside Preserve is a community of single family homes in east Bradenton. This is one of the many real estate developments which were launched in this area following a revamp of Bradenton’s comprehensive plan in 2018. Riverside Preserve is located off the eastern corner of Upper Manatee River Road and Williams Road. It sits adjacent east of The Enclave at Country Meadows by a regional developer, Medallion Home.

Riverside Preserve is a development of M/I Homes, a Columbus, Ohio-based company, with several ventures south in Sarasota. This community is one of its first two projects in Bradenton; the other, Amberly, is an enclave of villas located off Morgan Johnson Road near State Road 64 about six miles southwest of Riverside Preserve.

These include some of the region’s bustling business and economic centers that help fuel the rise of residential communities like Riverside Preserve.
