San Lino is a charming condominium complex comprised of 10 low-rise townhouse buildings on the southeastern corner of East Venice Avenue with South Auburn Road. Like Venice, its name is of Italian derivative and traceable to the 15th century San Lino church in Volterra, Italy, the historic convent of which has been converted into a modern hotel.

This condominium is a development of the Waterford Companies run by Sarasota builder Mike Miller whose work portfolio contributed significantly to choices of homes for sale in Venice as well as residential selections in Palmetto and Englewood.

Miller’s Venice projects notably included the Casa di Amici, Magnolia Park, and Pinebrook Preserve. All told, Miller’s outfit constructed over 2,000 Venice area homes since its 1987 development of the Waterford Golf Course and its residential community.
