To start off, the community has two swimming pools and a large private beachfront which measure 800 feet. There are also two clubhouses in the development which may be utilized for formal gatherings and other social events. Residents may make use of the community’s shuffleboard facilities. A barbecue picnic area, fitness room, library and common laundry may also be utilized by the residents.

This development is closest to Siesta Key Public Beach. As the most popular stretch of sand in the island, Siesta Key Public Beach receives the most number of guests of the three beaches in Siesta Key. Lifeguards regularly patrol the beach’s shores so safety is not a concern. Amenities at Siesta Key Public Beach include nature trails, concession stands, picnic areas, and courts for volleyball and tennis.
