The Retreat

The Retreat is a residential development of single family homes launched by Ryan Homes in early 2019 in Parrish. Amenities include a community swimming pool, cabanas, walking trails and a dog park.

McKinley Oaks

McKinley Oaks was developed starting in late 2007 by D. R. Horton. Comprised of just 36 single family homes within average-sized lots, many of the residences in McKinley Oaks feature private swimming pools as there are no common recreational facilities within the community except its children’s playground.

Summerwoods

Summerwoods is a residential community in Parrish which broke into the market in the first half of 2019. A development of Neal Land Ventures, this property covers 268 acres and has been approved for 562 residences. Two builders—Ryan Homes and M/I Homes—have stakes in Summerwoods. Community facilities include an amenity center, a swimming pool, playground, multi-purpose field, and walking trails.

Foxbrook

Foxbrook is a community in Parrish, which offers serene country living. Foxbrook lots have been platted as estates spread on sites of between 2 and 5 acres, which helps ensure the preservation of the community’s rustic character. Foxbrook residents have access to several common facilities. These amenities include a soccer field, a basketball court, a fun park, bike paths, and a children’s playground.

River Woods

River Woods is a well-established community developed sometime in the 1990s. Its acreage spreads on a coveted location off the north banks of the Manatee River in Parrish, with its entrance set on Old Tampa Road directly south of the new community of Silverleaf.

River Wilderness

River Wilderness is a gated community and as its name suggests, is that of an unspoiled natural setting. Hence, the residences of this community, as well as its host golf course, are set far back from the main road entrance.

Lakeside Preserve

Lakeside Preserve is one of the prime choices for prospective home buyers who are keen on sharing in the vibrant growth of the North River area of Manatee County. Several amenities were incorporated amidst the community’s lush greeneries and serene water features. These includes walking trails, a lakeside gazebo, children’s playground and basketball court.

Kingsfield

The common recreational facilities in Kingsfield include a kid’s playground, a basketball court, fenced pet-walking area, and a swimming pool with a spacious well-furnished deck and a cabana/bathhouse.

Kingsfield Lakes

Kingsfield Lakes was completed around 2005, winding up with a mix of one- and two-story single family homes with floor plans of between 1,500 and 3,150 square feet, mostly with three to four bedrooms and three-car garages plus private swimming pools.

Aberdeen

Aberdeen brings a lasting first impression, with its park-like setting and attractive common outdoor areas. The community boasts of two playgrounds and picnic areas—one in the north and the other at southern part of the property. Both are within the extensive nature preserve that stretches on the entire eastern side of the property.

Parkwood Lakes

Six striking water features and extensive greenbelts make this community faithful to its theme of a park-like residential development, a setting much-sought after by prospective buyers of Parrish homes for sale. Parkwood Lakes’ residents, moreover, enjoy a tranquil environment as their residences are well set off from the traffic along U.S. 301 highway.

Canoe Creek

Canoe Creek is community development project in Parrish which had its grand opening in November 2018. The entire Palmetto Pines property redevelopment is planned for a total of 621 residences within a gated enclave with choice lots platted adjacent to a pond or lake.

Creekside Preserve

Creekside Preserve is a community in Parrish, north Manatee, with just over 200 homes. Its acreage spreads north of U.S. 301 about two miles east of Interstate 75, an ideal location where many regional and national builders have set up stakes after the Great Recession amidst growing market interest on Parrish real estate.

River Plantation

River Plantation is a community developed well in time with the rise of Parrish as one of the hotspots of the Southwest Florida property market erstwhile dominated by Bradenton and Sarasota homes for sale. This community was fully completed sometime in the third quarter of 2017, contributing significantly to selections of homes for sale in the region.

Ancient Oaks

Several builders were involved in the development of Ancient Oaks, including Inland Homes and Eslinger Homes, who saw the opportunities in better land values in Parrish and its growing reputation as a bedroom community for Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Lexington

Constructed by Bradenton-based Bruce Williams Homes, Lexington’s acreage is an endearing template of lush greenbelts and serene lakes that serve as a refreshing backdrop to the residences within the property. These residences feature two bedrooms and two baths within floor plans measuring 1,285‒1,654 square feet, and typically priced from the high $100s.

Chelsea Oaks

Chelsea Oaks is a gated community developed in a low-density setting consisting of 232 single family homes with nature preserves, ponds and lagoons masterfully incorporated into the community’s acreage.

Forest Creek

Forest Creek is a community in Parrish which started development in 2005 but was only built out in the latter half of 2016. The market tailwinds from the construction of Fort Hamer Bridge south of the property provided the impetus for the final completion of this residential project of regional builder Neal Communities.

Copperstone

Copperstone is a large community in Parrish wherein Ryland Homes gained Manatee County approval to build 414 single-family houses and 118 townhouses. Copperstone homes for sale were notably amongst the Ryland’s last builds before its merger with Standard Pacific in late 2016 to form CalAtlantic which was eventually absorbed by the Lennar Group in 2017.

The Islands on the Manatee River

The Islands Development Group of Florida, a Coral Gables-based company, is behind the establishment of both these communities. Like its neighboring sister community, The Islands on the Manatee River features high-end residences, and it features 178 residences set in two initial phases: Harbourside and Rive Isle.

Harrison Ranch

Harrison Ranch is a residential community development on 995 acres in Parrish sprawling between south of U.S. 301 and north of Erie Road. Choices of available Parrish homes for sale in this property include existing and new construction that Pulte Homes offers. This community is programmed for 1,100 homes, with its first residences built in 2007.

Silverleaf

Silverleaf is a gated residential development in Parrish that Neal Communities launched in 2014. It achieved a strong sales momentum henceforth, largely driven by the construction of the Fort Hamer Bridge which was completed in 2017 and contributed much in sharpening market interest on Parrish homes for sale.
