Farther westwards, the Venice Avenue corridor unlocks the portals to the historic downtown of Venice Island and its neighboring beach parks. River Road, which is only about half a mile east of Stone Walk, is another vital gateway to local amenities. The most prominent amongst these area attractions is the CoolToday Park, the new spring training camp of the Atlanta Braves which opened in March 2019 to provide yet another perk to Venice real estate for sale and more so to those in North Port.
