Eave’s Bend at Artisan Lakes is a community in Palmetto just northwest of the junction of Moccasin Wallow Road and Interstate 75. It spreads on some 66 acres of former pasturelands that its developer, national builder Taylor Morrison, bought in mid-2017.

This development is adjacent east of an earlier Taylor Morrison project, the active-lifestyle community of Esplanade at Artisan Lakes. Taylor Morrison started platting 424 single-family lots for Eave’s Bend homes for sale in 2017 shortly after its land purchase. These home sites are part of the 8,000 new residences that this Scottsdale, Arizona-based developer has already secured approval from Manatee County for construction at the master-planned, 800-acre Artisan Lakes.

Classy Amenity Center

The residents of this master development have access to the Artisan Lakes Amenity Center situated near the property’s impressive entrance on Moccasin Wallow Road. This center’s main feature is a 6,000 square-foot clubhouse featuring a café kitchen and a fully equipped fitness center as well as a dance and aerobics studio. The clubhouse facilities likewise include a day spa, lounge, conference room, and a library.

The outdoor amenities of Artisan Lakes are as inviting. Available to residents is a resort-style pool with a spa and well-furnished deck. Neighbors can socialize at an event lawn with a fire pit. Taylor Morrison lists five models in its line-up of Eave’s Bend homes for sale. These feature open floor plans of between 2,055 square feet and 3,422 square feet good for two to three bedrooms. These models are either one- or two-story construction which could be personalized through the builder’s local design studio.

Taylor Morrison, as the master developer of Artisan Lakes, has also brought in Meritage Homes to build at Eave’s Bend. Also based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Meritage is known for its energy-efficient home builds. At Eave’s Bend, it likewise offers five models of one- and two-story designs with floor areas ranging from 1,492 square feet to 2,452 square feet. Featuring three to four bedrooms, a selection of these Meritage models has been listed in the MLS of Palmetto homes for sale at price tags in the $200s range.

Location’s Convenience

Living in Artisan Lakes is convenient, as nearby road corridors put its residents just some 14 minutes away from downtown Palmetto where retailers like Publix, Winn-Dixie, and CVS Pharmacy have set up shop along with banks, gas stations, and a variety of restaurants.

Access is easy to local venues for sports and recreation, including the links of Moccasin Wallow Golf Club and the Buffalo Creek Golf Course. Other outdoor activities could be enjoyed at the nearby Frog Creek Campground and Terra Ceia Preserve State Park.

Downtown Bradenton is also approximately 20 minutes south of Eave’s Bend, offering more life and leisure opportunities as well as healthcare facilities.
