This community is conveniently located just off Honore Avenue a short distance south of University Parkway and west of Interstate 75. A short trip toward the southwest, on the other hand, opens access to Sarasota’s downtown where the lifestyle alternatives extend to the district’s arts and culture centers and onward to the water-based attractions of the Gulf Coast and Sarasota Bay.
