Phillippi Gardens is a quaint community in South Sarasota. It draws much of its charm from the community’s namesake Phillippi Creek which dominates the northern and western borders of this property. Despite the years since its inception, Phillippi Gardens still exudes a mid-century tropical charm. Many of the community’s residences have been remodeled, and there are some which have also been completely rebuilt.

One walkable destination from many residences in the community is the 50-acre Phillippi Estate Park.
