Braden Woods is a large, rustic community south of State Road 70, less than a mile east of Interstate 75. New Passive Park

They helped raise over $1 million to buy 32 acres of the preserve’s site which otherwise would have been developed by Neal Communities. An adjoining property was donated to give the preserve a total of 44 acres where visitors can enjoy nature walks and bird watching.

The community of Braden Woods consists of three distinct neighborhoods but with a common homeowners’ association which set for each a different annual fees structure. These dues cover the costs of maintenance of the common areas, such as the entrance and its landscaping plus the property’s lakes. This community has no CDD fees.
