Creekwood is a community in east Bradenton ideal for setting up family roots, given its superb location on State Road 70 just west of Interstate 75 and its reasonably priced residences listed among Bradenton homes for sale. The development’s Phases I and II have been already been completed, while extensions for Phases III and IV have been approved up to Nov. 22, 2018, and Nov. 22, 2019, respectively.

This one is being undertaken by local developer Neal Communities which has laid the ground work for a 138-home subdivision. Set to open in the 2015 fall, it is named Ridge at Creekwood Crossing to distinguish it from the adjacent Creekwood community.

Downtown Bradenton and neighboring urban centers of Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa are all conveniently accessible via the SR 70 and I-75 road corridors near the Creekwood area.

Trips to such destinations may even be seldom as the community directly adjoins the Creekwood Crossing shopping center tenanted not only by major stores but also by popular restaurants. Membership in nearby golf and country clubs, such as Tara, Rosedale and The Preserve, is also a lifestyle option. Great for growing families, several public schools are within easy reach as well, like Tara Elementary, Braden River Middle School and Braden River High School.
