Palma Sola Trace is one of the flagship communities of the West Florida Division of leading national builder Taylor Morrison. Bradenton homes for sale started rising in this community sometime in 2006, but it was only completely built out by September 2017.

Meticulous efforts went into the development of Palma Sola Trace that was shaped out of the acreage of a former golf course located east of 75th Street West. This 100-acre site, which is only half a mile north of Cortez Road in western Bradenton, was developed as a “ground-up community” wherein builder Taylor Morrison teamed up with the residents not just to sell homes but to set up a community desirable to live in.

Three Residential Choices

There are three distinct neighborhoods in this development, and comprising these are 148 single family homes, 126 paired villas and 272 coach homes. Many of these residences were platted around ponds, with views of the nearby Palma Sola Creek also woven into the setting of Palma Sola Trace homes for sale. Select lots in this community are oversized, providing more privacy and no visible backyard neighbors.

The single family homes, coach homes and villas of Palma Sola Trace were built in compliance with the community’s Design Review Manual. Notably, Palma Sola Trace has its own community development district responsible for planning, funding, building, operating and maintaining Palma Sola Trace’s various facilities and community improvements. Palma Sola Trace also has a Landscape Committee to ensure that the beauty of the community is maintained and that the community collectively presents a harmonious image.

Abundant Amenities

Palma Sola Trace residents enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle and access to many onsite amenities topped off by an 81-foot heated lagoon-style pool with a sundeck. Other community facilities include a clubhouse with a full kitchen, recreation and gathering room, a Nautilus fitness center, a lending library and free Internet access.

This Taylor Morrison development likewise provides a playground and extensive areas for residents who want to jog, walk or bike. Clubhouse activities abound too, and these range from yoga sessions and book clubs to lunch groups, dances, parties and holiday socials. Varied Price Points

A total of 546 residences constitute the stock of Palma Sola Trace homes for sale. The community’s single family homes are in the northernmost part of the property spread around the internal street Summerwind Circle. Sales listings here typically feature floor areas of between 2,000 and 3,100 square feet featuring two to four bedrooms and priced in the $300s–$400s range.

The paired villas of Palma Sola Trace are in the central part of the property just next to the clubhouse and pool. These residences are available in two floor plans measuring from 1,565 to 1,950 square feet designed with two or three bedrooms and a den. Prized finds here have asking prices in the $300s.

Palma Sola Trace’s coach homes occupy the southern section of the development. Built mainly around the property’s Overture Circle, these residences are set eight units per building. Their living areas range between 1,200 and 1,650 square feet designed with two to three bedrooms and typically on the market with asking prices from the high $100s up to the $200s.

Cortez Road just south of Palma Sola Trace homes for sale provides easy access to the life and leisure centers not only in Bradenton but also those in Anna Maria Island.
